This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high-intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before you start your busy day! Utilizing various workout tools; Power Reels, TRX, & Pilates springboard! to ensure the best results in 50 minutes.
High Intensity Interval Training uses low/moderate intensity and alternates to high intensity training to burn calories and fat. It focuses on bringing your heart rate up and slowly back down to boost your metabolism and keep your heart rate steady. This type of training is great to increase both your aerobic and anaerobic endurance while burning more fat than ever before.
